This cooker conceals some powerful technology in its traditionally designed black body. The five-zone induction hob is powerful and responsive. Both ovens have side opening doors and are fan-assisted, with Smeg’s Circulaire heating element, which ensures fast, even cooking. There’s a grill in both ovens, plus a separate grill compartment, so there’s plenty of cooking capacity, ideal for dinner parties. The main oven has a steam-assisted vapour clean function, for convenience.

The vapour clean programme is designed to generate steam to help release burnt on food from the walls of the oven. Vapour cleaning is straightforward, simply put a little water & detergent into the hollow in the oven base and select the vapour setting.
