We have reopened our Showroom!
After 12 weeks of closure, our showroom has finally reopened. We have put additional measures in place to protect our Customers and Staff.
During busy periods, we may ask you to wait in our carpark to ensure we do not overcrowd the premises. On entering the Showroom, we will provide you with protective gloves and hand sanitiser so you can safely shop the display appliances. We ask that where possible and to protect other customers, you do not touch the appliances while in the showroom. There is now a clearly marked one-way system, with 2 metre distancing boxes & our sales team will be wearing protective masks while explaining and demonstrating the appliances, ensuring they stay at a safe distance at all times. Our till areas and now protected by sneeze guard screens & we are asking that you pay by card and using contactless payment where possible.

If you wish to avoid queuing, we are offering a priority booking service. Please call 01452 528776 option 1 (sales) and speak to one of our advisors who will be able to book a slot for you. On arrival at the showroom, you will be met by a product expert who will assist you for the duration of the visit. Please let us know if you need to cancel your booked visit as we need to take your presence into account when calculating capacity inside the showroom, and this will aid us to allow other customers to shop in the showroom.

Our delivery services have now returned to normal for our local area. All services are now available for GL, BS, OX, HR, WR, & SN postcodes. Some outlaying areas may still have restrictions on the available services. We will contact you to discuss any issues with your order.
Our own delivery crews are fully equipped with gloves, masks and alcohol wipes. We will sterilize before entering your property and after we leave.
We will not be able to enter and perform any requested services if you have been told to self-isolate. Please inform us before we delivery if this is the case. We can still deliver, but this will be a doorstep only service as we will be unable to enter your property.
Engineer & Repairs
Our Engineers are also fully equipped with PPE & trained to safely operate in restricted locations. Even taking this into account, if you are self-isolating, please cancel your appointment and reschedule it for a time when you have recovered.
