Our appliance engineers will continue to operate where we deem it to be essential, such as care homes or for refrigeration appliances. Please bear with us as our normal response times may be extended.
We will not be able to deliver to any homes where residents are self-isolating.
Our delivery teams are continuing to deliver; however, this will be to doorsteps only, our teams will not enter your homes, any purchased installation & 2 Man delivery service will automatically be cancelled until further notice. We will only be able to dispose of your old appliance if it is disconnected and outside.

Deliver and Installation - What ifs?
I've already placed an order?
We are continuing to provide our normal range of goods but not any installation services.
If you are feeling unwell or are showing symptoms, please let us know straight away so that we can rearrange your delivery to a later date.
If you are unsure and wish to change your delivery arrangements please let us know and we'll happily accommodate you.
I've placed an order and am no longer able to accept it?
Please let us know if you are no longer fit to receive a delivery. We can delay/re-arrange our deliveries for a time that better suits yourself.
If you are self-isolating and do not wish to have outside contact?
Please call us to cancel your order or to rearrange a later delivery.
What precautions are we taking?
Our delivery teams and engineers have been given protective gloves, face-masks, antibacterial gels, sprays and sanitisers to help protect both them and you. Once service engineers enter your property, we will disinfect the contact surfaces and ensure we leave your home in the condition we find it.

The companies we are working with are offering a strict no contact delivery service at this time. You will only be asked to identify yourself to accept a delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order.
There are different regulations covering different sectors within the UK. Your cancellation rights are not affected subject to the method on which your order was placed.
