Delivery & Collection

Large Appliances

Delivery - We deliver large appliances such as fridge freezers, washing machines, cookers etc using our own delivery team. Our delivery vans are manned by a single driver (unless otherwise instructed) and the driver will deliver to a ground floor property with less than 4 steps and easy access. These large items are delivered free of charge if their value is over £150. Under £150 there is a £15 surcharge.

We offer a large delivery radius covering large areas of the south of England, the midlands, & South Wales (please see the map below for our delivery area). In the checkout, you will be able to select your delivery date for these appliances.

Installation - We can install most freestanding appliances (those not enclosed within cupboards) for a small charge and we also offer installation services on built in single ovens & in-column double ovens. These installations can only be performed on a like for like basis to suitable existing adjacent services. Electrics, plumbing, pipework, kitchen cabinets, and kick-boards cannot be altered within this charge. Installation of your appliance (where available) can be selected on the basket page in delivery options. Please see our installation & removal page for charges and what we can install.

Recycling - We can also recycle your old appliance for £20. We have a carrier licence for the transportation of old appliances for recycling. Our licence number is: WEE/JG0060TU. This can also be selected on the basket page in delivery options.

Upgrading Your Delivery to Include 2 People

We offer this service on all large appliances delivered by our logistics team. This service costs £29.99 per appliance. We strongly recommend this service for larger items such as Range cookers, and Large fridge freezers such as American Style units, where you wish for this item to be delivered inside your property.

Other reasons for selecting this service include:

Your property has more than 4 steps.

Difficult access within your property such as tight turns or narrow passageways.

You live in a block of flats with no lift available.

You have a loose gravel drive where an appliance may become unstable during transportation.

Please be aware we have not seen your property, we do not know the layout or the design of the location that you wish us to deliver to. If you are unsure whether you require a 2 man delivery you may speak to one of our logistics team by calling 01452 528776 option 3.

We cannot allow you to help with the delivery due to health and safety.

If our driver deems the delivery location not to be satisfactory or that they or your property are at risk, we can either leave the item at the curb side for you to locate yourself, or we can return with 2 men once our re-delivery charge has been paid. Please see our terms and conditions page for more information on re-delivery and cancellation charges.

Small Appliances

Our smaller appliances are delivery via courier. This includes hobs, kettles, vacuums etc. Once your order has been received, we will dispatch your item within 2 working days. Once dispatched our courier company will E-mail you to acknowledge receipt of your item and as long as you have provided a mobile phone number, you will receive a text message on the day of delivery with a 2 hour time slot for the arrival of your purchase.

Click & Collect

We also offer a click and collect option. All you need to do is reserve your item online, and within 30 minutes your item will be available to collect from our Gloucester showroom. Pop into the store with your reservation number and speak to one of our friendly and knowledgeable sales team, and they will load your item into the car or direct you to our warehouse for collection.
