Domestic Appliance Delivery & Collection
Large Appliances
Delivery - We deliver most of our large appliances such as washing machines and fridge freezers ourselves using our own delivery vans and employees.
The map below shows the postcodes where we can deliver these items, large domestic appliances can not be ordered for home delivery outside of this area on the website. The cost of home delivery of large appliances is £20. The commercial appliances on the website are available for delivery to the UK mainland excluding, Scotland, Norwich and central London, the cost for this service is £30.
Our delivery operating times are from 7am until 7pm. A text message will be sent on the morning of delivery with a tracking link and expected time of arrival.
Same Day Delivery- We offer a same day delivery option for £30, this is available to all GL, HR8 and HR9 postcode regions only. Same day delivery can be selected in the checkout process before 2pm only. Installation services can not be completed on same day deliveries. Same day delivery is subject to availability

We can install most appliances for a small charge. These installations are performed on a like for like basis to suitable existing adjacent services. Electrics, plumbing, pipework, kitchen cabinets and kick-boards cannot be altered within this charge. Installation of your appliances (where available) can be selected on the shopping cart page in the additional services section. Please see our installations and removal page for charges and a full list of appliances where we can offer installation.
Recycling
We can recycle your old appliance for £25. We have a carrier licence for the transportation of old appliances for recycling. Our licence number is: WEE/JG0060TU. This can also be selected in the shopping cart page under additional services.
If our driver deems the delivery location not to be satisfactory or that your property contains a risk, we can either leave the item at the curb side for you to locate yourself, or we can return with 2 men once our failed /re-delivery charge has been paid. Small Appliances
Our small appliances are delivered via courier. This includes kettles, vacuums etc. Once your order has been received, we will dispatch your item to be delivered on the day you have selected. If there is a problem with your chosen delivery date, either due to stock location or remote delivery location, we will notify you via E-mail. Once dispatched our courier company will E-mail you to acknowledge receipt of your item and as long as you have provided a mobile phone number, you will receive a text message on the day of delivery with a 2 hour time slot for the arrival of your purchase. Most items are delivered the next working day.
Click & Collect
We also offer a click and collect option. All you need to do is reserve your item online, and within 30 minutes your item will be available to collect from our Gloucester showroom. To collect your item, proceed to our store to collect your receipt and the sales staff will assist you on where to collect your item.
Please note that our Gloucester warehouse closes at 2pm on a Saturday for collections of large appliances.
